What are the requirements for accreditation?
The requirements for accreditation:
1. Photocopy of Transcript of Records
2. Comprehensive Resume
3. Letter of Endorsement addressed to Ms. Patricia M. Laperal – General Manager
4. 2 pieces 2X2 picture – any background
5. Graduate of psychology or related course
6. With at least two years testing experience
7. Take the qualifying exam
How much do you charge for accrediation?
Accreditation is free of charge.
