Psychological testing services
We test for companies at three levels: Clerical, Supervisory and Managerial levels. Among other tools and procedures, testing aids the company in selection, placement, and promotion of individuals.
We also test for educational, clinical and legal purposes, such as annulment cases.
All psychologists engaged in psychological testing are trained and experienced in this field.
Distributor of assessment materials and books
We are a distributor for test publishers from the U.S. and Europe. A list of test materials is included. BDI is also an author of an Accounting Knowledge Test and the PPMA, a manual dexterity test ideal for factory workers. Presently, we are establishing Philippine norms for various tests. BDI is developing a Filipino Personality Test, validating a teacher’s aptitude test, and developing activities workbooks for children.

Research Services
BDI does motivational research, and other quantitative and qualitative studies for industry. Other studies engaged in are: socio-economic impact studies, morale and attitude surveys, and exploratory studies. When requested, BDI conducts quantitative surveys for government, media, and industry.
Counseling Services
A major concern of BDI is in the compulsion behavior area and seeks to help individuals and families suffering from this bio-social-psychological disease. We have tie-ups with the Gambler’s Anonymous Circle. Counseling for children may be requested.
Seminars and Workshops
In an effort to upgrade skills, we hold seminars all over the Philippines on topics like: the three families bonding system in the out-patient treatment of drug addiction, stress management, leadership, habits of effective people, domestic violence, hypnotherapy and science education.
Consultancy Services
We assist clients in a number of other services like training, setting up of work standards, performance appraisals and salary surveys.
